Common Questions

Do you deliver outside of Aurora?

Yes — delivery and setup is free anywhere within 50 miles of Aurora, which covers Grand Island, Central City, Hastings, Sutton, York and everywhere in between. Farther than that? We'll still deliver, just ask when you call.

How much does a building actually cost?

It depends on size and options, but our utility sheds start around $2,995, barns around $3,900, garages around $6,500, and cabins around $8,900. Those are base-model estimates — call or send the form and we'll get you a firm number for the exact size you want.

Do I need a permit?

It depends on your city or county, and sometimes on the size of the building. We can't give blanket legal advice on this, but we're happy to talk through what we've seen from other customers in your area — check with your local building or zoning office before you order to be safe.

Can I pay over time instead of all at once?

Yes — we offer rent-to-own on our buildings as an alternative to paying cash up front or going through a bank loan. See our Rent-to-Own page for how it works, or ask us when you call.
